The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a



* Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of

  Central and eastern Iowa

  A small part of northwestern Illinois



* Effective this Wednesday night and Thursday morning from 855 PM

  until 400 AM CDT.



* Primary threats include...

  Isolated very large hail events to 2 inches in diameter possible

  Isolated damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible



SUMMARY...A complex of thunderstorms is expected to move along and

north of a warm front and eastward across the watch area,

sporadically offering damaging gusts and large hail.



The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 90

statute miles east and west of a line from 25 miles east southeast

of Knoxville IA to 40 miles east northeast of Waterloo IA. For a
