The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a



* Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of

  Far Southeast Alabama

  Florida Panhandle

  Southwest Georgia



* Effective this Saturday night and Sunday morning from 750 PM

  until 100 AM EDT.



* Primary threats include...

  Scattered large hail and isolated very large hail events to 2

    inches in diameter possible

  Isolated damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible



SUMMARY...A couple of ongoing supercell storms with a history of

large hail along the Alabama and Georgia border vicinity around

745pm EDT should continue south-southeastward this evening across

southwest Georgia/far southeast Alabama and possibly reach portions

of the Florida Panhandle.



The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 45

statute miles north and south of a line from 15 miles south

southwest of Dothan AL to 20 miles southeast of Albany GA. For a
