The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a



* Tornado Watch for portions of

  Western and central North Carolina

  Western South Carolina

  Southwest Virginia



* Effective this Sunday night and Monday morning from 1015 PM

  until 500 AM EDT.



* Primary threats include...

  A couple tornadoes possible

  Isolated damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible



SUMMARY...Another round of scattered storms will likely move into

the region through the late evening and overnight hours. The

strongest of these storms could pose a damaging wind and tornado

risk.



The tornado watch area is approximately along and 75 statute miles

east and west of a line from 30 miles northeast of Lynchburg VA to

35 miles southeast of Spartanburg SC. For a complete depiction of
