The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a



* Tornado Watch for portions of

  Southeast Georgia

  Far southern South Carolina



* Effective this Sunday afternoon and evening from 300 PM until

  700 PM EDT.



* Primary threats include...

  A couple tornadoes possible

  Isolated damaging wind gusts to 65 mph possible



SUMMARY...Line of thunderstorms with transient rotating structures

should continue east from southwest/central Georgia. The risk for a

couple brief tornadoes and locally damaging winds should persist.



The tornado watch area is approximately along and 50 statute miles

east and west of a line from 45 miles east southeast of Valdosta GA

to 45 miles north northwest of Savannah GA. For a complete depiction
