The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a



* Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of

  Northeast to east-central Colorado



* Effective this Saturday afternoon and evening from 445 PM until

  1000 PM CDT.



* Primary threats include...

  Scattered large hail and isolated very large hail events to 2.5

    inches in diameter possible

  Isolated damaging wind gusts to 65 mph possible



SUMMARY...A couple of splitting discrete supercells developing along

the Front Range may spread east-southeast across portions of the

adjacent plains this evening.



The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 65

statute miles north and south of a line from 30 miles north of

Denver CO to 40 miles east northeast of Limon CO. For a complete
