The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a



* Tornado Watch for portions of

  southeast Alabama

  portions of the Florida Panhandle and northern Florida

  the southwest quarter of Georgia

  Coastal Waters



* Effective this Saturday night and Sunday morning from 655 PM

  until 200 AM EST.



* Primary threats include...

  A couple tornadoes possible

  Isolated damaging wind gusts to 60 mph possible

  Isolated large hail events to 1 inch in diameter possible



SUMMARY...Thunderstorms are forecast to continue over the next

several hours across the watch area.  A few severe storms are

expected, with potential for a couple of tornadoes this evening, in

addition to risk for locally damaging winds and hail.



The tornado watch area is approximately along and 60 statute miles

north and south of a line from 45 miles west northwest of Panama

City FL to 30 miles north northeast of Valdosta GA. For a complete
