The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a



* Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of

  Far West Texas



* Effective this Sunday afternoon and evening from 155 PM until

  900 PM CDT.



* Primary threats include...

  Scattered large hail and isolated very large hail events to 2

    inches in diameter possible

  Isolated damaging wind gusts to 65 mph possible

  A tornado or two possible



SUMMARY...A discrete supercell or two should develop, potentially

persisting for several hours during the late afternoon and early

evening. Large hail will be the primary hazard.



The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 50

statute miles north and south of a line from 15 miles north

northwest of Marfa TX to 25 miles north northeast of Dryden TX. For
