The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a



* Tornado Watch for portions of

  Far eastern Kansas

  Northern and western Missouri



* Effective this Friday night from 605 PM until Midnight CDT.



* Primary threats include...

  A couple tornadoes possible

  Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible

  Isolated large hail events to 1.5 inches in diameter possible



SUMMARY...Multicell clusters and a couple embedded supercells should

develop into parts of Missouri this evening. Damaging winds may be

the predominant hazard, but a couple tornadoes and isolated large

hail are possible as well.



The tornado watch area is approximately along and 65 statute miles

east and west of a line from 65 miles south southwest of Knob Noster

MO to 15 miles north northwest of Kirksville MO. For a complete
