The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a



* Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of

  Northern Nebraska

  Central and eastern South Dakota



* Effective this Friday afternoon and evening from 340 PM until

  1100 PM CDT.



* Primary threats include...

  Isolated significant damaging wind gusts to 75 mph possible

  Isolated very large hail events to 2 inches in diameter possible



SUMMARY...Storm coverage will increase across central South Dakota

into north-central Nebraska. A cluster or two should evolve

east-southeast this evening with a risk for severe hail and wind.



The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 105

statute miles north and south of a line from 45 miles west southwest

of Chamberlain SD to 5 miles south of Sioux Falls SD. For a complete
