The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a



* Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of

  Far West Texas



* Effective this Tuesday afternoon and evening from 540 PM until

  1100 PM CDT.



* Primary threats include...

  Scattered large hail and isolated very large hail events to 2.5

    inches in diameter possible

  Isolated damaging wind gusts to 65 mph possible



SUMMARY...One or more discrete supercells are expected to move east

across Far West Texas through this evening with large hail as the

primary hazard.



The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 60

statute miles east and west of a line from 45 miles south southeast

of Marfa TX to 45 miles west northwest of Wink TX. For a complete
