The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a



* Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of

  Northeast Kansas

  Far northwest Missouri



* Effective this Sunday night and Monday morning from 650 PM

  until 100 AM CDT.



* Primary threats include...

  Scattered damaging winds and isolated significant gusts to 75

    mph possible

  Isolated large hail events to 1.5 inches in diameter possible



SUMMARY...Clusters of severe storms will spread east-southeast from

southeast Nebraska through this evening. While overall severe

intensity should not be as great as earlier, at least an isolated

threat should persist.



The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 50

statute miles north and south of a line from 5 miles west northwest

of Concordia KS to 25 miles southeast of Falls City NE. For a

warnings. Severe thunderstorms can and occasionally do produce

tornadoes.
