The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a



* Tornado Watch for portions of

  Northeast and east-central Colorado



* Effective this Sunday afternoon and evening from 445 PM until

  1000 PM CDT.



* Primary threats include...

  A couple tornadoes possible

  Scattered large hail and isolated very large hail events to 2

    inches in diameter possible

  Isolated damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible



SUMMARY...A few thunderstorms should develop near the Denver Metro

Area and also potentially spread northeast from southeast into

east-central Colorado. Severe hail and a couple tornadoes are the

primary hazards.



The tornado watch area is approximately along and 65 statute miles

north and south of a line from 20 miles north northwest of Denver CO

to 20 miles east southeast of Akron CO. For a complete depiction of
