The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a



* Tornado Watch for portions of

  Eastern North Carolina

  Coastal Waters



* Effective this Thursday morning and evening from 725 AM until

  700 PM EDT.



* Primary threats include...

  A few tornadoes likely



SUMMARY...Several supercells within outer bands of Hurricane Dorian

should shift north from far southern North Carolina across eastern

North Carolina through this afternoon.



The tornado watch area is approximately along and 90 statute miles

east and west of a line from 25 miles southeast of Jacksonville NC

to 65 miles north northwest of Cape Hatteras NC. For a complete
