The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a



* Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of

  Northern Oklahoma



* Effective this Thursday afternoon and evening from 255 PM until

  1000 PM CDT.



* Primary threats include...

  Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible

  Isolated large hail events to 1 inch in diameter possible



SUMMARY...Thunderstorms are forming along a cold front extending

across northern Oklahoma.  Hot/humid conditions along and south of

the front will result in strong to damaging wind gusts in the most

intense cells.



The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 50

statute miles north and south of a line from 55 miles northwest of

Clinton OK to 45 miles east northeast of Tulsa OK. For a complete

tornadoes.
