Other than a few clouds or some smoke from Montana fires, today 
should be mostly sunny. It will also be hot and a little more humid. 
Highs should reach into the 90s along and west of the Red River 
Valley, and the mid to upper 80s to the east of the Valley. A cold 
front will move into the Red River Valley by late afternoon or early 
evening, shifting east of the Valley during the evening. A few 
showers or thunderstorms may occur along or ahead of this boundary, 
but confidence in these occurring is fairly low. Behind this front, 
Thursday looks a few degrees cooler, but highs will still be in the 
80s. Gusty westerly winds in the late morning and afternoon may 
result in near critical fire weather conditions.
