A time series of recent and forecasted temperatures looks like a stair step pattern with today being the first step on the way down. Friday appears to look more like a cliff as temperatures won't recover much during the day with highs around 40. It will be a far cry from the high temperature of 70 on Tuesday, but more typical of weather we should expect for mid November.
