A weak cold front has settled near the KABI terminal and has
shifted winds to northerly across the I-20 corridor. An isolated
thunderstorm cannot be completely ruled out near this frontal
boundary. However, chances are low at less than 20%. Otherwise,
mostly quiet conditions will continue until Wednesday afternoon.
Scattered thunderstorms may develop (30% chance) near KJCT and 
KSOA during the late afternoon and evening.
