rh_min: Minimum Relative Humidity based on hourly observations [%]

solar: Solar Radiation [J/m^2]

speed: Average Wind Speed [mph], 10 minute average, 10 ft above ground
gust: Peak Wind Gust [mph], 10 minute average, 10 ft above ground
